These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BlowBattle.com (the "Site"), operated by Blow Battle ("we", "us"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Adults only

The Site contains sexually explicit material. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to access it. You confirm that viewing such material is legal where you are and that you will not allow minors to access the Site or your account.

2. Membership and billing

Memberships are prepaid and do not renew automatically: $19.99 for 30 days (Monthly) or $99.95 for 180 days (6 Months). You are charged once, at checkout, and never again unless you choose to buy more time.

Payment method: cryptocurrency, through our payment processor, NOWPayments. Access starts once your payment is confirmed and lasts for the number of days you bought. Buying more time before your access ends adds the new days on top of the time you have left. Network fees charged by your crypto wallet or exchange are your responsibility.

3. Cancellation and refunds

There are no future charges to stop, because memberships never renew automatically. You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Purchases are generally non-refundable once access is delivered, except for duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, failure to deliver access, and billing errors, which we refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We respond to billing requests within 2 business days.

4. Your account

Accounts are for one person and may not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• download, copy, record, redistribute, resell or publicly display Site content except as the Site expressly allows;
• share your login or circumvent access controls, paywalls or technical protections;
• post comments that are illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, or that reveal personal information about anyone, including performers;
• post or request content involving minors, non-consent, or anything illegal;
• manipulate voting (multiple accounts, bots, scripts);
• scrape, crawl or overload the Site, or attempt unauthorized access.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

6. Voting and comments

Voting and comments are member features included with a membership. Voting is free: there are no paid entries, wagers, prizes or payouts, and results are for entertainment only. We may moderate, edit or remove comments at our discretion.

7. Content and intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to Blow Battle and is protected by copyright. Your membership grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content for private, non-commercial viewing. All performers were 18 or older at the time of production; see our 2257 statement.

8. Complaints

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. We may suspend or end access for violations. You may stop using the Site and cancel at any time as described in section 3.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
