• Account data: email address, username and password (stored hashed).
• Member activity: votes, comments, viewing history and preferences.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and log data used for security and fraud prevention.
• Age confirmation: a flag stored in your browser (localStorage) when you confirm you are 18+.

Payment information

Payments are handled by our payment processor, NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). You pay on their secure checkout and we do not receive or store your wallet keys or payment credentials. We receive limited information such as your order ID, payment status, amount and transaction references. Each processor's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

How we use information

To provide and secure the Site, manage memberships, count votes, display comments, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help run the Site (hosting, video delivery, billing, email), when required by law, or to protect rights and safety.

Discretion

We will not send marketing email unless you opt in. Comment usernames are public to other members; do not use your real name if you prefer not to.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, tax and fraud-prevention purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
